1. Information We Collect

Qatra does not require you to provide personal information such as your name or email address in order to use its core water-tracking functions.

The App processes information related to your hydration activity, such as:

• water-intake entries
• daily hydration progress
• hydration goals
• reminder preferences
• settings and app preferences

2. How We Use Information

Hydration-related information is used to:

• track daily water intake
• calculate progress toward hydration goals
• display hydration history and statistics
• provide reminders
• maintain your App preferences
• improve your experience within the App

3. Local Data Storage

Qatra’s hydration information is stored locally on your device.

Qatra does not transmit your hydration history to Qantara Apps Studio servers as part of its normal water-tracking functionality.

4. Notifications

If you enable hydration reminders, Qatra uses your device’s notification functionality to send the reminders you choose.

Notification permissions can be changed at any time through your device settings.

5. Camera Access

If a Qatra feature requests camera access, the camera is used only for the feature presented to the user and only after the required device permission is granted.

Qatra does not use the camera for continuous or background monitoring.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

If Qatra offers paid features, purchases may be processed through Google Play or another applicable app store.

The app store handles payment information under its own privacy policy.

Qantara Apps Studio does not receive your full payment-card information.

If a subscription-management service is used, it may process purchase identifiers and entitlement information necessary to validate and restore purchases.

7. Third-Party Services

Qatra may rely on platform or third-party services necessary for app functionality, payments, notifications, or technical operation.

Any information processed by those providers is handled according to their applicable privacy policies.

Qatra does not sell hydration information or personal information to advertisers.

8. Data Security

Because hydration data is primarily stored locally, protection of the device itself also contributes to protection of that information.

Qantara Apps Studio uses reasonable measures to protect information handled through services used by the App.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Hydration information stored locally remains on the device until you delete it through the App, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App, depending on the device and operating system.

Users can remove locally stored information using the available App controls or device settings.

10. Children’s Privacy

Qatra is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Qatra’s features, technologies, or legal requirements change.

The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version.
